Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes, our minimum rental period is 1 month. We also offer flexible durations of 3 and 6 months.

Rental Process

How do I place a rental inquiry?

You can place an inquiry directly through our website by clicking the "Inquire Now" button. Fill in your details, preferred configuration, and rental duration. Our sales team will then contact you.

What is the delivery timeframe?

We offer free delivery within 24 hours of successful KYC verification and security deposit payment.

KYC & Documentation

What documents are required for KYC?

For individuals, we require a Government Photo ID, Aadhaar Card, and Address Proof. Students and employees may also need to provide their College ID or Office ID respectively. You can complete your KYC here.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies by configuration: ₹3000 for Basic, and ₹5000 for Standard, Advanced, and Pro configurations. This is collected after KYC clearance.
