💼 Refund Policy

At LaptopKart, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights when renting or purchasing laptops through our platform.

🔁 1. Rental Orders – Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch):

If you cancel a rental order before the laptop is dispatched, a full refund will be credited within 5–7 working days.

Order Cancellation (After Dispatch but Before Delivery):

In such cases, a cancellation fee may be deducted (up to ₹500) to cover logistics.

Post-Delivery Refunds:

No refunds will be issued once the laptop has been delivered, unless:

  • The device is not working on arrival (DOA) and a replacement is unavailable.
  • There is a major defect that cannot be resolved within 48 hours.

🔧 Note: We always aim to replace defective devices before offering a refund.

💳 2. Purchase Orders – Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

Wrong Product Delivered

Device Not Functional on Delivery (DOA)

Cancelled before shipping

⚠️ Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after the order is delivered. We recommend thoroughly reviewing product specifications before placing an order.

📅 Refund Timelines

Refunds, once approved, will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
