LaptopKart allows returns under limited circumstances to ensure fairness and operational efficiency.
🛠️ Rental Returns
Return Condition
Laptops must be returned at the end of the rental period in working condition with all accessories.
Early Returns
Early returns will not result in a refund of unused days unless there's a hardware fault.
Damage & Missing Items
Damage or missing accessories will be chargeable.
📦 Return Conditions (for Purchased Devices)
Returns are accepted only within 3 days of delivery, and only if:
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
The device is not working when delivered
Wrong Model/Device
A different product was shipped
Physical Damage
Product damaged on arrival (report within 24 hours)
📋 Return Process
Contact Support
Contact our support team at support@laptopkart.in with order ID and issue details.
Pickup Initiation
We will initiate a pickup if eligible.
Processing
After inspection, your return/refund will be credited within 5–7 working days.
⚠️ Devices must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
